The new Paris headquarters of Simmons & Simmons occupies 4,200 m² in a completely renovated building, designed as a "boutique-office". This unique concept offers high-end reception areas, an auditorium, a gym, a patio and a 700 m² green roof terrace, creating a true ecosystem for excellence.

To achieve this ambitious goal, Simmons & Simmons partnered with Witco to deploy an all-in-one app, facilitating daily lives as well as space management. The result is an integrated system offering features such as one-click booking of meeting rooms and desks, flex office management, and simplified access to services such as gym and catering.

The success of this project also relies on strategic partnerships with innovative companies such as Z#bre for occupancy sensors, MerciYanis for incident centralization, Fitness Corporate for the on-site gym, and Foodles for connected fridges, thanks to which employees enjoy access to a wide range of services directly from the Witco app.
