With SharingCloud’s support, BDO undertook the ambitious digital transformation of its new headquarters, which began with a vibrant kick-off to define clearly the objectives and expectations.
Choosing technologies matching the company’s needs was the first step in the project: BDO wanted a tool to manage collaborative spaces and facilitate the work of its teams.
SharingCloud’s tool that centralizes all bookings and requests for meeting room services was the solution! Integrated into the usual corporate workflow (email, calendar, etc.), this tool makes it easy to book, cancel and request equipment for a room.
In addition, using the RoomPad, employees can book a collaborative workspace on the fly or release it, as well as view room occupancy status and information about a meeting in progress.
Giving occupants the possibility to book a meeting room upon arrival, right in the building’s lobby, brought BDO to the acquisition of a GroomPad.
Employees can book meeting rooms as soon as they arrive at the head office. They can also find their way around the building with the help of the GroomPad.
Moreover, when the screen is in stand by mode, a digital signage playlist can be displayed for corporate communication purposes.
DeskTag devices associated to workstations also helped BDO to switch to a full flex office organization.
The DeskTag solution displays the occupancy status of bookable spaces, with check-in options. These e-ink labels are a low-tech solution and run on battery (5 years autonomy) without any wiring.
BDO employees can make the most of their new workplace thanks to the mobile app of SharingCloud by Witco, which provides intelligent management and a seamless smart office experience. Employees can use the app to find an available room, book one in advance, or schedule their presence and remote working days.
By implementing these innovative solutions of SharingCloud by Witco, BDO created a flexible working environment that enhances team efficiency. Open spaces foster collaboration between teams, while phone boxes preserve confidential exchanges between employees and their clients.
Thanks to flex office, BDO was able to optimize the use of workspaces, by adapting the office layout to the specific needs of each team. Employees benefit from a dynamic and stimulating working environment, thereby promoting their productivity and well-being.
Regarding data analysis, measuring the optimization of workspaces and monitoring the use of spaces and resources through Instant Metrics help customers understand how workstations, meeting rooms and parking spaces are used.
Analyzing statistics and dashboards, BDO is able to conclude that the occupancy of meeting rooms and desks is perfectly optimized, with more than positive feedback from employees, who appreciate the new technologies that have been implemented.
