Microsoft Teams

Thanks to the Witco & Microsoft Teams integration, users can:

• access the Witco resource booking via Microsoft Teams and book a room or a desk directly from the main tab,
• view the Witco workspace map in the Teams application, for easy booking of workspaces depending on the desired location,
• scroll through the Witco attendance module directly via Microsoft Teams in order to secure a workspace in the near proximity of your teammates (for an increased team collaboration),
• add a Teams meeting link to the meeting room booking when a Microsoft 365 room integration is active.

Furthermore, users are able to confirm/ decline their attendance from Microsoft Teams to be updated in the Witco app directly, providing a one-in-all platform for building seamless working habits. This will allow you to assess your colleagues’ status before reaching out.
