The Witco & Microsoft 365 integration enables synchronizing reservations done in the Witco platform and Microsoft 365, with the following key features:

• Witco gets and synchronizes the meeting rooms and their associated information (name, floor, opening hours, capacity, etc.) from the company Microsoft 365 database.
• When an employee books a meeting room in Witco, the room is also displayed as booked on their Outlook Calendar.
• Conversely, when they book a meeting room on their Outlook Calendar, the room is also displayed as busy on Witco. And the latter also has the information related to that meeting.

• Offer the best user experience to employees when booking meeting rooms.
• Let employees use the interface of their choice, and synchronize booking information throughout all tools used company-wide.
• Take the Outlook experience one step further by enabling your employees to find and book rooms based on their location on the building map/floor plan, on their features or on the visual cues about how they look.
