Use cases

The Witco & Mission One integration allows employees to quickly submit their workplace issues and maintenance requests to workplace managers through the Witco app which are then forwarded to Mission One. Via the Mission One back-office, workplace managers will then be able to:

  • manage tickets related to desks, occupancy, furniture and logistics,
  • update occupants about the resolution status of a submitted ticket in real-time,
  • assign the right person to handle an incident or a request.

Benefits

  • Provide occupants with a user-friendly interface to create tickets about incidents and track them (which is challenging, especially as it is not the main goal of the technical CMMS tools).
